Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz (4.5 cl) Irish Whiskey - 3 oz (9cl) hot coffee - 1 oz (3 cl) fresh cream - 1 tsp brown sugar Garnishes: no Standard drinkware: Irish coffee mug  Preparation: Heat the coffee, whiskey and sugar; do not boil. Pour into glass and top with cream. Serve this cocktail while its hot. |

- 3 oz (9 cl) Sparkling Wine - 1.5 oz (4.5 cl) Fresh Peach puree Garnishes: no Standard drinkware: Champagne flute Preparation: Pour peach puree into chilled flute, add gently sparkling wine. Stir gently. |

Ingredients: - 2 oz (6 cl) Cognac - 1 oz (3 cl) apple liqueur - 2 oz (6 cl) apple juice - lemonade Garnishes: apple slice Standard drinkware: Highball glass Preparation: Shake first three ingredients together with ice. Strain into a highball glass half filled with cubed ice. Top up with lemonade. |
