Ingredients:

    - 1.5 oz (4.5 cl) Gin
    - 1 oz (3 cl) lemon juice
    - little sugar
    - 4 oz (12 cl) carbonated water

    Garnishes:

    orange or lemon

    Standard drinkware:

    Highball glass

Preparation:

Mix gin, lemon juice and sugar in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a highball glass over ice. Top with club soda. Garnish with orange and/or .lemon slice.

    - 3/4 oz (2 1/4 cl) peachtree schnapps
    - 2 oz (6 cl) orange juice
    - 2 oz (6 cl) cranberry juice

    orange slice

    Preparation:

    Build all ingredients in a highball glass filled with ice.
    Garnish with orange slice.

    - 1 oz (3 cl) cranberry juice
    - 1/4 oz (3/4 cl) Cointreau
    - splash of fresh lime juice

    Garnishes:

    lime slice

    Cocktail glass

Preparation:

Add all ingredients into cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon slice.
