Ingredients:

    - 2 oz (6 cl) gin
    - 5 oz (15 cl)  tonic water

    Garnishes:

    lime wedge

    Standard drinkware:

    Old fashioned glass

Preparation:

Pour both ingredients into a old fashioned glass over ice. Stir and garnish with a lime wedge.

    Ingredients:

    - 2 oz (6 cl) vodka
    - 1/2 oz (1.5 cl) blue curacao liqueur
    - 1/2 lemon
    - carbonated water

    Garnishes:

    green cherry, orange slice

    Standard drinkware:

    Highball glass

Preparation:

Pour vodka and blue curacao over ice. Squeeze lemon juice and top up with soda water. Stir. Garnish with green cherry and/or orange slice.

    - 2 oz (6 cl) bourbon (or rye whiskey)
    - 1/4 oz (3/4 cl) sweet vermouth
    - 3 dashes of bitters

    Garnishes:

    maraschino cherry

    Cocktail glass

Preparation:

Stirred over ice, strained into a chilled cocktail/martini/champagne glass, garnished with cherry, and served straight up.
