Ingredients: - 1 oz (3 cl) white rum - 3 oz (9 cl) pineapple juice - 1 oz (3 cl) coconut cream - 1 cup crushed ice Garnishes: pineapple and cherry Standard drinkware:  Preparation: Mix with crushed ice until smooth. Pour into chilled glass and top up with soda water. Garnish with pineapple and/or cherry and serve. |

Ingredients: - 2 oz (6 cl) Rum - 1 oz (3 cl) curaçao liqueur - 1 oz (3 cl) dry vermouth - 1 dash grenadine Garnishes: twist of orange/lime peel Standard drinkware: Cocktail glass Preparation: Stir well with ice, then strain into glass. Garnish with twist of orange/lime peel and serve. |

Ingredients: - 1 oz (3 cl) Light Rum - 1 oz (3 cl) Blue Curacao - 2 oz (6 cl) Pineapple Juice - 1 oz (3 cl) Cream of Coconut - 1 cup ice Garnishes: pineapple, cherry Standard drinkware: Hurricane glass Preparation: Mix all the ingredients with 1 cup ice in a blender at high speed. Strain into a hurricane glass and garnish with pineapple and cherry. |
