Ingredients: - 1 oz (3 cl) white rum - 3 oz (9 cl) pineapple juice - 1 oz (3 cl) coconut cream - 1 cup crushed ice Garnishes: pineapple and cherry Standard drinkware:  Preparation: Mix with crushed ice until smooth. Pour into chilled glass and top up with soda water. Garnish with pineapple and/or cherry and serve.
