Ingredients:

    - 2 oz (6 cl) tequila
    - 1 oz orange curacao or Cointreau
    - juice of half lime

    Garnishes:

    salt rimmed glass, lime slice

    Standard drinkware:

    Cocktail glass

Preparation:

Rub the rim of the glass with the lime slice to make the salt stick to it. Shake the other ingredients with ice, then carefully pour into the glass. Garnish with lime slice and serve over ice.

    - 1/2 oz (1.5 cl) tequila
    - 1/4 oz (3/4 cl) blue curacao
    - juice of half lime
    - 1 tsp (5 ml) lemon juice
    - carbonated water

    Old fashined glass

Preparation:

Mix tequila, blue curacao, lime juice and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour into a old fashioned glass and top with carbonated water. 

    Ingredients:

    - 2 oz (6 cl) tequila
    - 4 oz (12 cl) orange juice
    - 1 oz (3 cl) grenadine syrup 

    Garnishes:

    orange slice and cherry or ime wedge

    Standard drinkware:

    Highball glass

Preparation:

Pour the tequila and orange juice into glass over ice. Add the grenadine, which will sink to the bottom. Garnish with a lime wedge or with orange slice and cherry and serve with straw.
