Ingredients:

    - 2 oz (6 cl) vodka
    - 3 oz (9 cl) tomato juice
    - 1/2 oz (1.5 cl) lemon juice
    - black pepper & salt
    - 3 dashes Worcestershire
    - 2 drops tabasco sauce

    Garnishes:

    lemon wedge and celery

    Standard drinkware:

    Highball glass

Preparation:

Shake all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain into a highball glass over crushed ice. Garnish with the lemon wedge and celery.

    Ingredients:

    - 3 oz (9 cl) Absolut Vodka
    Tonic Water
     half lime

    Garnishes:

    lime wedges

    Standard drinkware:

    Highball glass

Preparation:

Squeeze the juice from half a lime into a highball glass. Add Absolut Vodka.  Fill the glass with crushed ice and lime wedges. Top up with Tonic Water.

    Ingredients:

    - 2 oz (6 cl) vodka
    - 1/2 oz (1.5 cl) blue curacao liqueur
    - 1/2 lemon
    - carbonated water

    Garnishes:

    green cherry, orange slice

    Highball glass

Preparation:

Pour vodka and blue curacao over ice. Squeeze lemon juice and top up with soda water. Stir. Garnish with green cherry and/or orange slice.
