Ingredients:

    - 1 oz (3 cl) Cognac
    - 1 oz (3 cl) Amaretto

Preparation:

Pour all ingredients directly into old fashioned glass with ice cubes. Stir gently.

    - 1 oz (3 cl) apple liqueur
    - 2 oz (6 cl) apple juice
    - lemonade

Preparation:

Shake first three ingredients together with ice. Strain into a highball glass half filled with cubed ice. Top up with lemonade.

    ~ 3 oz (11 cl) Ginger Ale
    - 1 dash of Angostura Bitter (optional)

Pour brandy and ginger ale directly into highball glass with ice cubes. Stir gently. Garnish with lemon slice.
