Ingredients:

    - 2 oz (6 cl) Scotch
    - 1 oz (3 cl) Amaretto

Preparation:

Mix both the ingredients in an old-fashioned glass with crushed ice. Garnish with orange twist.

    - 3 oz (9cl) hot coffee
    - 1 oz (3 cl) fresh cream
    - 1 tsp brown sugar

Preparation:

Heat the coffee, whiskey and sugar; do not boil. Pour into glass and top with cream. Serve this cocktail while its hot.
